Welcome to Live Laugh Woof.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Live Laugh Woof website, applications, services, assessments, artificial intelligence features, subscription services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

Live Laugh Woof is operated by Vaibe Technologies LLC (“Live Laugh Woof,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Live Laugh Woof provides resources designed to help dog owners learn more about their dogs and dog ownership.

Our Services may include:

• Educational articles and guides

• Dog breed information

• Chappy, our AI-powered assistant

• Dog personality assessments

• Owner personality and lifestyle assessments

• Breed matching and recommendation tools

• Personalized content and recommendations

• Free and paid membership features

• Other dog-related educational and entertainment tools

Certain features may require a paid subscription, including Pack+.

We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue individual features from time to time.

This section contains important information about recurring payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

2.1 Pack+ Membership

Live Laugh Woof may offer paid membership plans, including Pack+.

Pack+ may provide access to features such as:

• Expanded or unlimited access to Chappy

• Owner personality assessments

• Dog personality assessments

• Personalized results and recommendations

• Premium content

• Additional features that we may introduce in the future

The specific features included with Pack+ will be displayed before you purchase your subscription.

Features may change over time as Live Laugh Woof develops and improves the Services.

2.2 Subscription Plans

Pack+ may be offered as a:

• Monthly subscription

• Annual subscription

• Promotional subscription

• Other subscription plan displayed at checkout

The applicable price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Annual subscriptions are charged in advance for the entire annual subscription period.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Pack+ subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before your next renewal date.

By purchasing a recurring Pack+ subscription, you authorize Live Laugh Woof and our payment service providers to automatically charge your selected payment method:

• At the beginning of your subscription; and

• At the beginning of each subsequent subscription period

until you cancel your subscription.

For example, if you purchase an annual Pack+ subscription, your subscription will ordinarily renew approximately once every twelve months unless canceled before the renewal date.

Your renewal date and current subscription information may be available through your account or billing settings.

Where required by applicable law, we may also provide notifications regarding upcoming renewals or changes to your subscription.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pack+ subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of your current paid billing period.

Unless otherwise stated:

Canceling a subscription does not immediately remove your Pack+ access.

You will generally continue to have access to Pack+ through the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.

For example:

If you purchase a one-year Pack+ subscription and cancel six months later, your subscription will not renew for another year, but you will generally retain Pack+ access for the remaining six months of your already-paid subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription through the billing or subscription settings available through your Live Laugh Woof account or through another cancellation method we make available.

2.5 Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Except where required by applicable law, Live Laugh Woof does not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for:

• Partially used subscription periods

• Unused portions of annual subscriptions

• Failure to use Pack+ features

• Unused Chappy access

• Completed or unused assessments

• Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal

Canceling an annual subscription ordinarily stops the next renewal rather than generating a prorated refund for the remainder of your current subscription.

However, Live Laugh Woof may choose, at our sole discretion and where permitted by law, to provide a full or partial refund as a customer-service accommodation.

If we issue a refund for all or part of the unused portion of a subscription, we may terminate the associated Pack+ access at the time the refund is processed.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2.6 Pricing Changes

We may change Pack+ pricing from time to time.

Price changes will not ordinarily affect a subscription period that has already been paid for.

If a pricing change will apply to a future renewal, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew at the new price.

2.7 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

We may suspend or terminate access to paid features if payment remains unsuccessful.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information accurate and current.

2.8 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Live Laugh Woof does not necessarily store your complete payment card information directly.

Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Chappy is an artificial intelligence-powered assistant designed to provide educational information and help users discover and understand Live Laugh Woof content.

Chappy may provide information relating to topics such as:

• Dog breeds

• Training

• Behavior

• Nutrition

• Activities

• General dog ownership

• Personality characteristics

• Content available through Live Laugh Woof

3.1 AI Can Make Mistakes

Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unexpected responses.

Although we design and monitor Chappy to provide useful information, we do not guarantee that any response generated by Chappy is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your particular dog or circumstances.

You should independently evaluate information provided by Chappy before relying on it.

3.2 Chappy Is Not Veterinary Advice

Chappy is not a veterinarian and does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency advice.

Information from Chappy should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian or other appropriately qualified professional.

If your dog:

• Appears sick or injured

• Has ingested something potentially dangerous

• Is experiencing difficulty breathing

• Is experiencing significant behavioral changes

• May be experiencing a medical emergency

• Has another potentially serious health concern

you should contact a veterinarian or appropriate emergency veterinary service.

Do not delay professional care because of information provided by Chappy or Live Laugh Woof.

3.3 Training and Behavioral Information

Chappy and other Live Laugh Woof content may provide general dog training and behavioral information.

Dogs vary significantly in temperament, history, health, environment, and behavior.

We cannot guarantee that any particular technique, recommendation, training method, or behavioral suggestion will work for your dog.

For significant behavioral problems, aggression, safety concerns, or specialized training needs, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Live Laugh Woof may provide assessments designed to help users better understand:

• Their dog’s personality

• Behavioral tendencies

• Owner lifestyle and preferences

• Potential compatibility with particular dog breeds

• Owner and dog relationships

• Other dog-related characteristics

Assessment results are generated based on the information you provide and the methodology used by Live Laugh Woof.

4.1 Assessments Are Informational

Our assessments are intended for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.

They are not professional psychological, veterinary, medical, behavioral, or scientific evaluations.

Assessment results should not be interpreted as diagnoses or guarantees.

4.2 Breed Recommendations

A breed recommendation or breed-match result does not guarantee that a particular breed or individual dog will be appropriate for you.

Many factors can affect compatibility, including:

• Individual temperament

• Training

• Socialization

• Health

• Age

• Living environment

• Exercise requirements

• Household composition

• Children or other animals

• Financial responsibilities

• Individual differences between dogs of the same breed

Users should perform additional research and, where appropriate, consult breeders, shelters, rescue organizations, veterinarians, trainers, or other knowledgeable professionals before choosing or adopting a dog.

Live Laugh Woof uses artificial intelligence technologies in portions of the Services.

AI may assist us with:

• Generating content drafts

• Research and organization

• Personalized recommendations

• Chappy responses

• Assessment interpretation

• Search and content discovery

• Other functionality

5.1 AI-Generated Content Is Human Reviewed

Some content published on Live Laugh Woof may initially be created or assisted by artificial intelligence.

We use human review as part of our content publishing process.

However, human review does not guarantee that every piece of information will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Dog care standards, veterinary information, research, recommendations, products, and other information may change over time.

Users should use reasonable judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Certain Live Laugh Woof features may use information associated with your account to make Chappy and other AI-powered features more useful or relevant.

Depending on the feature, this information may include:

• Information you provide to Chappy

• Assessment responses

• Assessment results

• Information about your dog

• Preferences associated with your account

• Previous interactions with Live Laugh Woof features

• Other information you choose to provide

This information may be provided as context to AI systems so they can generate responses or recommendations relevant to you.

6.1 We Do Not Train AI Models Using Your Data

Live Laugh Woof does not use your personal information, Chappy conversations, assessment responses, or other user-provided content to train our own artificial intelligence models.

We may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to operate certain AI features.

Those providers may process information on our behalf in order to generate the requested output.

Our handling of personal information and the categories of service providers we use are described in greater detail in our Privacy Policy.

We use analytics and performance technologies to understand how visitors use Live Laugh Woof and to improve the Services.

Analytics information may help us understand things such as:

• Which pages are visited

• Which features are used

• General traffic patterns

• Website performance

• Errors or technical issues

• Engagement with content

• How users navigate through the Services

• General device or browser information

We may use third-party analytics and performance providers to help process this information.

Analytics data is used for purposes such as:

• Use Live Laugh Woof content or outputs to create a competing dataset, model, or service where prohibited by law or these Terms

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You may provide information, text, assessment responses, messages, feedback, photographs, or other materials through the Services (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Live Laugh Woof a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services

• Generate requested AI responses

• Generate assessment results

• Personalize your experience

• Maintain and secure the Services

• Comply with legal obligations

This license does not give Live Laugh Woof ownership of your User Content.

The Live Laugh Woof Services and their original content, branding, software, graphics, designs, assessments, interfaces, logos, characters, and other materials are owned by Live Laugh Woof or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

• The Live Laugh Woof name and branding

• Chappy and related character designs

• Assessment methodologies

• Website designs

• Original articles

• Graphics and illustrations

• Software and source code

• Premium content

Except as expressly allowed by us or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without permission.

Live Laugh Woof may integrate with or link to third-party websites, products, services, platforms, or technology providers.

We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We aim to keep Live Laugh Woof available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance

• Software updates

• Infrastructure problems

• Third-party service disruptions

• Security incidents

• Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.

Live Laugh Woof provides educational and informational tools.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results from Chappy

• Specific training outcomes

• The accuracy of an assessment

• Compatibility with a particular dog or breed

• Improvements in dog behavior

• Health outcomes

• The accuracy of every article or AI response

• Continuous availability of every feature

You are responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Live Laugh Woof disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Availability

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live Laugh Woof and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes damages relating to:

• Reliance on AI-generated information

• Training or behavioral recommendations

• Assessment results

• Breed recommendations

• Loss of data

• Service interruptions

• Third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Laugh Woof’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid to Live Laugh Woof during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or 2. $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Laugh Woof, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of another person’s rights

• Content you submit through the Services

You may stop using Live Laugh Woof at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to some or all Services if:

• You materially violate these Terms

• Your use creates security or legal risks

• You misuse the Services

• Payment for paid Services remains outstanding

• We are required to do so by law

Termination of an account does not necessarily create a right to a refund.

Subscription cancellation is governed separately by Section 2 — Pack+ Subscriptions and Billing.

We may update these Terms as Live Laugh Woof evolves.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through:

• The website

• Your account

• Email

• Another reasonable method

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Services and cancel any applicable subscription before its next renewal.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy provides additional information regarding:

• Account information

• Assessment responses

• Chappy conversations

• AI processing

• Analytics

• Cookies and similar technologies

• Service providers

• Data retention

• Data rights and choices

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, unless applicable law provides you with the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented when you purchase or use a particular Service, constitute the agreement between you and Live Laugh Woof regarding your use of the Services.
